Love Again was another opportunity to work with Sam Breckman, a producer I have always enjoyed working with.
From a Special Effects point of view, this was a much more straightforward production than many of the films around it. Most of our work was stage-based, providing the usual atmospheric and practical support needed to help the sets and performances work on camera.
There were no enormous mechanical builds, major stunt sequences or particularly complicated effects to dominate the job. It was simply a solid, well-run production with good people, which can sometimes be just as enjoyable.
Not every film needs a huge Special Effects story attached to it, and Love Again is probably one of those. For me, it is mainly remembered as another pleasant job and another chance to work with Sam and his team.
